How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order, please fill out the attached return form that came with the package. Carefully seal the package and attach the shipping label to the package.

- Order processing: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order. Note that this is separate from the shipping time.

- Royal Mail 1st Class: A quicker, tracked service that aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, including Saturdays.
Tracked Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48®: A fully tracked service that aims to deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. This service includes SMS/email notifications for your delivery.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24®: A faster, fully tracked service that aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. This service also includes SMS/email notifications for your delivery.
