At Palm Parade, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
Return Timeframe
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Once your return is approved, you’ll have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
What Can Be Returned
We’re happy to accept returns on items that are:

In original condition, with all tags attached

In original packaging, where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Items Not Eligible for Return
To keep things fair and hygienic, we do not accept returns on:

Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

We do not refund original delivery costs, unless the item is faulty.
Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in the post.
